If the item arrives & you are not happy with it, then send it back. Be sure to send it in such a way that it won't bend or smash. if we receive it back in its original condition within 30 days from the day it's ordered, we will issue a refund. We would issue a full refund except for the fact that these items are shipped to you for free, so we will keep the actual shipping cost & refund the rest to you. 

If the item is returned within 30 days complete, but in poor condition then we will issue 50% refund of purchase price.

There are no returns for donations, but to track our progress sign up for updates or email us once in a while. Also Benefactors past and present will occasionally automatically qualify for certain perks as they come up. We plan to make a benefactor page that you can opt in if you wish to be listed on as well.
